Chef Jim Lemon, owner and chef of The Bayou House has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. Trained in New Orleans, San Francisco and Paris, he has been a chef at several local area restaurants before opening his catering business.

  • All buffet and sit down meals include Gourmet Cheese Tray with Crackers, Dinner Rolls and choice of Iced Tea or Lemonade.

  • All meal styles include quality disposable place settings, cutlery and napkins.

  • China, glassware, flatware, linens and guest tables and chairs are available for an additional charge.

  • Dessert, Coffee, Sodas and Bottled Water available for all our buffets and barbecues for an additional charge.

  • Final dinner choices must be received 10 days before the event.

  • Beer/Wine Bartending Service is available.

  • A 17% catering service charge and 7.25% sales tax are charged for all meal styles.

  • Although our specialty is Creole and Caribbean cuisine, we love to create all kinds of dishes. If you have a special request, please let us know. We would be happy to create a custom menu just for you.

  • Additional charge for guest seating set-up and take-down.

  • A contract and retainer are due to reserve an event date. Final payment is due 2 days before event date. We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard.
