  Main Dishes

  • Blackened Chicken Creole
    Chicken breasts are blackened with Creole spices and then simmered in Jim's favorite Creole sauce made with fresh tomatoes, chicken stock, red wine and spices, served over rice.

  • Wood-fired Teriyaki Tri-tip with Mango Salsa
    Aged tri-tip are marinated with our chef Chris' fresh teriyaki, grilled over red oad and served with our homemade mango salsa.


  • Sautéed Chicken with Lemon Herb Sauce
    Chicken breasts are sautéed with our sauce containing white wine, fresh herbs, lemon and butter.

  • Baron of Roast Beef
    We slow roast a whole top round and carve it tableside. Served with wild mushroom demi-glace.

  • Roasted Apricot Glazed Turkey Breast with Shallot Gravy
    Tender young turkey breast is slow roasted with an apricot glaze and carved tableside and served with our roasted shallot gravy.

  • Pasta Jambalaya (Vegetarian or Chicken)
    A delight with green onions, a variety of bell peppers, vegetarian sausage and a Creole cream sauce served over fettuccini. Also available with sautéed chicken.

  • Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sage Sauce or Blackberry Port Sauce
    Tender pork loin is pan seared then served with either our sauce containing shallots, fresh sage, Creole mustard and cream, or Blackberry Port sauce with fresh blackberries, ruby port and blackberry vinegar.

  • The Bayou House Deep Dish Lasagna
    Everybody's favorite! We make ours with a variety of fresh grilled vegetables, cheeses, Italian sausage and homemade marinara sauce.
    This can also be made vegetarian.

  • Caribbean Black Bean and Rice Salad
    Black beans, rice and a colorful assortment of bell peppers are mixed with a tangy Dijon-cumin dressing.

  • Jicama - Pineapple Spinach Salad
    Fresh jicama and pineapple are tossed with baby spinach in a cilantro vinaigrette dressing.

  • House Salad with Dill Dressing
    Fresh greens, tomatoes and cucumbers are accompanied by our homemade dill dressing.

  • Classic Ceaser
    Crisp romaine leaves are dressed with our classic Ceaser dressing, homemade croutons and fresh Parmesan cheese.

  • Roasted Garlic and Caramelized Onion Mashed Potatoes
    Everyone's favorite mashed potatoes. We blend ours with roasted garlic and caramelized onions, then whip to creamy perfection.

  • Fettuccini with Lemon Alfredo Sauce
    Fettuccini is tossed with our alfredo sauce made with cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, Parmesan-Reggiano cheese and a dash of fresh grated nutmeg.


  • Vegetable Medley
    A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables are sautéed with fresh herbs.

  • Rosemary Potatoes
    Baby new potatoes are sautéed with olive oil and fresh rosemary.

  • Marmalade Carrots
    Baby carrots are sautéed with parsley, butter and orange marmalade.

  • Three Cheese Pasta Salad
    Wonderful pasta salad containing sharp cheddar, gouda and feta cheeses, fresh basil, olives and bow tie pasta tossed with an olive oil vinaigrette.

  • South Pacific Rice Pilaf
    Delicious Hawaiian style pilaf made with Maui onions, bell peppers, fresh pineapple, coconut milk and toasted Macadamia nuts.

  • Pasta Primavera
    A variety of grilled vegetables are julienned and tossed with penne pasta in a light garlic sauce.


  • Stir Fried Asparagus
    Tender baby asparagus are stir fried with roasted red peppers, water chestnuts and sesame oil.

  • New Orleans Shrimp Creole
    Large Gulf shrimp are simmered in Jim's favorite Creole sauce made with fresh tomatoes, shrimp stock, red wine and Creole spices. Served over rice.


  • Kona Kebabs
    Delicious Hawaiian style grilled kebabs featuring teriyaki sirloin, lemon herb shrimp, bell peppers, onions and fresh grilled pineapple.

  • Grilled Lemon and Herb Pork with Apple Sage Stuffing
    Tender porkloin is butterflied and filled with an apple sage stuffing, then grilled in a lemon and fresh herb sauce.

  • Sautéed Chicken with Lemon Herb Sauce
    Chicken breasts are pounded thin and sautéed with fresh lemon, cream, Parmesan cheese and dill.

  • Old World German Rouladen
    Tender thin slices of top round are topped with Black Forest ham, German style mustard and a dill pickle spear. The beef is then rolled up, pan seared and baked until incredibly tender. Served with a red wine pan gravy.


  • The Bayou House Deep Dish Lasagna
    Everybody's favorite lasagna! We do ours with a variety of fresh grilled vegetables, cheeses, Italian sausage and homemade marinara sauce. This can also be made vegetarian.


  • Red Snapper with Frangelico Cream Sauce
    Fresh red snapper is dusted with Creole seasoning and sautéed. This is topped with a sauce of Frangelico liqueur, cream and fresh toasted hazelnuts.

  • Caribbean Chicken
    Chicken breasts are dusted with coconut and sautéed. The chicken is then served with a mango habanero sauce and topped with our Key West salsa containing avocados, mangos, red onions and cilantro.

  • Grilled Jamaican Jerk Thesher Shark
    Fresh Thresher shark is dusted with jerk seasoning and charbroiled, it is then topped with our Caribbean plantain salsa.

  • Creole Jambalaya
    This famous New Orleans rice dish includes andouille sausage, gulf shrimp, chicken, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.

  • Lemon Caper Salmon
    Fresh salmon filets are sauteed and topped with a lemon-herb-caper sauce.

  • Vegetarian Pasta Jambalaya
    A vegetarian delight with green onions, a variety of bell peppers, vegetarian sausage and a Creole cream sauce served over tri-colored fettuccini.

  • Grilled Chicken with Blackberry Port Sauce
    Grilled Chicken breasts are topped with a delicious sauce containing blackberries, chicken stock, blackberry vinegar and ruby port.

  • Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sage Sauce or Blackberry Port Sauce
    Tender pork loin is pan seared then served with either our sauce containing shallots, fresh sage, Creole mustard and cream, or Blackberry Port sauce with fresh blackberries, ruby port and blackberry vinegar.

    Large fresh sea scallops are grilled with Old Bay Seasoning and tossed with fettuccini in a lemon alfredo sauce.

  • Wood-fired Teriyaki Tri-tip with Mango Salsa
    Aged tri-tip are marinated with our chef Chris' fresh teriyaki, grilled over red oad and served with our homemade mango salsa.

  • Classic Coq Au Vin
    The classic method to Coq Au Vin. Chicken is marinated in a red wine and herb mixture, then stewed with pearl onions, wild mushrooms, bacon and fresh tarragon.

  • Calypso Pork
    Tender pork loin is marinated in an orange, ginger and Caribbean spice dressing. It is roasted to perfection, sliced, surrounded with a mango-habanero sauce and topped with our Key West Salsa.


  • Chicken Marsala
    Tender chicken breasts are sautéed with butter, herbs and wild mushrooms. The chicken is then stewed in a homemade chicken stock and marsala wine.

    The Hollywood Brown Derby's classic salad. Smoked chicken, bacon, avocado, vine-ripe tomatoes and bleu cheese tossed with homemade French dressing.

    Fresh mixed baby greens are tossed with tomatoes and walnuts and finished with a roasted onion dressing.

  • Apple Walnut Pork Wellington
    Delicious pork loin stuffed with apple walnut stuffing, coated with an herb goat cheese mixture and wrapped in puff pastry. The pork is then baked to a golden brown, sliced and served with an apple demi-glace sauce.

  • Bourbon Street Steak
    A tender aged 6-ounce filet mignon is charbroiled and finished with a Marchand de Vin sauce and roasted red pepper coulis.

  • Halibut Oscar
    Grilled halibut is topped with fresh lump crabmeat, asparagus and a lemon-herb sauce.

    Gulf shrimp simmered in Jim's favorite Creole sauce make with fresh tomatoes, seafood stock, red wine and spices, served over rice.

  • Grilled Muscovy Duck with Blackberry Port Sauce Muscovy duck breasts are grilled and topped with a delicious sauce containing fresh blackberries, duck stock, blackberry vinegar and ruby port.

    Large prawns are sautéed with fresh papaya and butter, then dusted with coconut and broiled. Served with coconut rice.

  • Pork Tenderloin with Fennel Cream Sauce
    Sautéed pork tenderloin is served with a sauce of fresh fennel, toasted fennel seeds, caramelized onions and cream.

  • Roast Lamb with Rosemary Port Sauce
    Tender leg of lamb is seasoned with fresh rosemary and slow roasted. The lamb is then finished with our rosemary port reduction and served with a side of our mint julep sauce.

    Tender aged top sirloin steaks are rolled in fresh cracked peppercorns and minced macadamia nuts. The steaks are then pan-seared and served with an herb demi-glace.

  • Slow Roasted Prime Rib with Real Yorkshire Pudding
