The Bayou House Catering Company comes a classic New Orleans dish.
This
dish has absolutely nothing to do with the barbecue pit! Rather
it is a delicious sauce that shrimp is sautéed in. Pascal Manale's
restaurant in New Orleans made this wonderful dish famous.
When
Jim decided to create his own, we spent a fabulous weekend in New
Orleans visiting our favorite restaurants and tasting all the different
Barbecued Shrimp dish styles. We visited fifteen different restaurants
but Jim still had a different style in mind.
After
several months of experimenting he has now produced a slightly spicy
and delicious sauce we know you will enjoy.
It
will be available in local wineries and stores in 2003 and also
through this page on our website.
